PAY ATTENTION! This is a two-step process. You must do both.
- Step 1 (Online): First, you must apply online at the UOG jobs portal: jobs.uog.edu.pk/jobs.
- Step 2 (By Mail): After applying online, you ALSO have to download the application form, attach your documents (CNIC, Domicile, degrees, experience certs, etc.), and send this “dossier” by mail.
- Fee: You must pay a Rs. 1000/- fee using the auto-generated challan form from the website. Put the original challan in your hard copy application.
Your hard copy “dossier” must reach the Human Resource Office, Admin Block, Hafiz Hayat Campus, University of Gujrat by the deadline.
Important Notice
- Deadline: The LAST DATE for both the online application and for your hard copy to arrive is November 04, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Don’t be late!
- No TA/DA will be paid for you to come to the test or interview.
- Only the shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
- Incomplete applications (like only applying online but not sending the hard copy) will be rejected.
