Eligibility Requirements
- Education: You need the right degree, like a Law Degree, MBA, a Master’s/Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT for the tech jobs, or a DAE for the support roles.
- Experience: This is important. Most of the Assistant Manager jobs need 3 years of experience. The Company Secretary job needs 15 years.
- Good News: The Junior Executive IT jobs are for Fresh Graduates! This is an awesome chance if you just finished your degree.
- Age Limits: They are listed for each job, but mostly around 35 years for the AM roles.
- If you already have a government job, you must apply “Through Proper Channel” and get an NOC.
How to Apply for CPPA Jobs
PAY ATTENTION! This is a two-step process. You have to do both.
- Step 1 (Online): First, you must apply online at the OTS website: jobs.ots.org.pk. Fill out the form there.
- Step 2 (By Mail): After applying online, you ALSO have to download the application form (from the OTS, NJP, or CPPA website), fill it out, and send the hard copy with your documents (CNIC, photo, etc.) to the OTS address.

Important Notice
- Deadline: You MUST get your application in by November 20, 2025.
- You have to both apply online AND send the hard copy. Don’t forget one!
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test.
- The passing marks for the written test will be 50%.
- No TA/DA will be paid for coming to the test or interview.
